The A&D Fortis FX-323 is a precision balance built around the philosophy of paying for what matters: reliable, accurate weighing without compromise. Featuring A&D's proven Compact Super Hybrid Sensor (C-SHS) technology, the Fortis delivers fast ~1-second stabilization with outstanding repeatability in a compact footprint smaller than an A4 sheet of paper.
The Fortis also features A&D's patented Impact Shock Detection (ISD) system, which provides real-time feedback to prevent damage to the weight sensor, and a shock logging function that records up to 50 adverse impact events with timestamps for later inspection.
The clearly visible reverse-backlit LCD keeps readings easy to read in any lighting condition. A selectable response characteristic lets users trade faster weighing speed for higher display stability depending on the application. The anti-static, shatter-resistant breeze break with rotary sliding doors is easily detachable for cleaning and features a built-in level meter for accurate sample placement.
User Access Control (UAC) with password protection and user rights management ensures accountability in regulated laboratory environments. GLP/GMP/GCP/ISO compliant output with date, time, ID, and serial number meets documentation requirements across all industries.
The FX-323 is also available in a washdown version for demanding environments where cleanliness and moisture resistance are critical. The washdown variant carries an IP65 ingress protection rating, making it fully protected against dust and low-pressure water jets from any direction; ideal for food production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or any application where the balance may be subject to regular cleaning or wet conditions.
